« Mother Nature » : the menu follows the seasons and the chef works hand in hand with local farmers and breeders in order to bring the best ingredients to your plate, most often from organic or sustainable farms.

The local terroir – which provides outstanding meat and fish - is a great source of inspiration to the chef, whose creative cuisine focuses on the balance of tastes and the quality of ingredients.

L’Angle Saint Laurent is ideally located in the city centre, at a stone’s throw from the Bayeux Tapestry, the cathedral and boutiques, and is found opposite the Place aux Pommes.

The restaurant is the result of Caroline & Sébastien Remy’s clever mix of old and new: with a combination of raw materials, beams and old stones they have created an atmosphere that is both warm and cosy.

Caroline & Sébastien, with their team, have a definite taste for conviviality, and good food, freshly prepared. And this is what they offer in their restaurant.
They also provide a catering service for private and corporate events, and regularly take part in collective and pop-up events.

The award-winning restaurant displays 2 Gault & Millau toques and a Michelin Guide Bib gourmand.
